Caramel & Cinnamon Cake

Another beastly 3 tier cake (I only seem to produce cakes with at least 3 layers now!) covered in beautiful Italian meringue butter cream icing, drizzled in caramel sauce and topped with chopped walnuts. Heaven!


  1. Meringue based buttercream is rare sight in the UK. I bet that cake tasted really good! I've never thought of combining caramel and cinnamon before but it sure sounds good.
