Another beastly 3 tier cake (I only seem to produce cakes with at least 3 layers now!) covered in beautiful Italian meringue butter cream icing, drizzled in caramel sauce and topped with chopped walnuts. Heaven!
So Easter was just another excuse for me to make some cakes! I made a box full to take into my office and ended up taking the surplus cakes up North with me. I'm told these were the best I've made yet!
