So my housemate was going to visit family last weekend and wanted to take some cakes. Her dad loves baking and so I thought I would create a little selection for her. The cakes are all just plain vanilla sponge but the icings were; white chocolate and strawberry, mint and chocolate chip, plain with Maltesers on top ones with a 'rocky road' style topping:
